CNN’s April Ryan Fumes, Says To Gov. Huckabee: ‘You Call Yourself A Man of God?’

CNN’s April Ryan is unhinged like never before.

Shortly after she demanded the firing of White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Ryan targeted her father and threatened to send her “people” after him.

BizPac Review reports the volcanic feud kick-started with Attorney General William Barr’s release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s 400-page final report. In it, Sanders told FBI officials that she has no basis for a line that she used to describe former FBI Director James Comey during a White House presser.

During the presser, Sanders said she had spoken to several members of the FBI and expressed that they were losing trust in Comey. Sanders admitted in the final report the statement was unfounded and said “in the heat of the moment”—sending Ryan into a fury.

Ryan and Sanders have repeatedly clashed in the past, but this situation quickly escalated into Ryan demanding Sanders be fired, including what is being perceived as an incitement of violence.

“Not only does she not have credibility, she lied,” Ryan said during a CNN panel discussion, BizPac Review reports. “She out-and-out lied. And the people, the American people can’t trust her. They can’t trust what’s said from the President’s mouthpiece-spokesperson from the people’s house. Therefore, she should be let go. She should be fired, end of story.”

Her comments controversially included a violent reference, which some people argued is incitement.

“When there is a lack of credibility there, you have to start lopping the heads off. It’s fire me Thursday or fire me Good Friday. She needs to go.”

Governor Mike Huckabee defended his daughter in a pair of tweets:

The response triggered Ryan to redirect her rage at him instead. The CNN political analyst mocked his faith, called him and his daughter “liars,” and threatened to send her “people” after him. Check it out:

BizPac Review adds:

The “veiled threat” to be “gutted like a deer” took place in 2017 when Ryan had wondered aloud if a pie Sanders brought in was an effort to poison her. She also speculated that Sanders did not bake the pie herself.

At the time, Huckabee laughingly commented on Fox Business: “Let me tell you something, she’s been making this pie for years … makes them for friends. But here’s the warning that I would issue. Stuart, don’t ever and I mean don’t ever mess with a Southern woman and her homemade pies. It is as dangerous as when you hear a Southern woman begin her sentence with ‘bless your heart.’ It means you’re about to be gutted like a deer and just don’t know it.”
