Trump Ups The Ante, Tells Another Country To Investigate the Bidens

President Trump is showing no fear in the face of an impeachment inquiry for allegedly instructing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden as he recently admitted to telling the Chinese government to do the very same thing.

The Western Journal reports China was similarly involved in the Ukrainian controversy as “former U.S. President Barack Obama named Joe Biden his point man on U.S. dealings with both the Ukraine and China and during time period Hunter was hired to a lucrative position on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings.”

According to the report, Trump was speaking with a group of reporters outside of the White House on Thursday when he was asked what he was hoping the Ukrainian government would do as it relates to potentially reopening the investigation into the company that hired Hunter Biden.

Trump reportedly said, “I would think that if they’re honest about it they’d start a major investigation into the Bidens. It’s a very simple answer.”

He continued: “Likewise, China should start an investigation into the Bidens because what happened in China is just about as bad as what happened with Ukraine. So I would say that President Zelensky, if it were me, I would recommend that they start an investigation into the Bidens.”

Hunter Biden’s Washington, D.C.-based Rosemont Seneca Partners investment and advisory firm also entered into a major deal primarily with Chinese investors valued at $1.5 billion, The Wall Street Journal reported in 2014.
